Our Commitment
RDSA aims to make its website, portals, communications, and training services accessible to people with disabilities and to provide meaningful access consistent with applicable law.
Digital Accessibility
We work toward clear structure, keyboard access, readable contrast, descriptive labels, responsive layouts, and compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and some content or third-party services may not yet fully meet every guideline.
Training Accommodations
Students who need a reasonable accommodation should contact RDSA as early as possible before the scheduled course. Accommodation requests are evaluated individually, considering safety, course requirements, range rules, available alternatives, and applicable law.
Safety and Fundamental Requirements
Nothing in this Statement requires an accommodation that would create a direct safety threat, fundamentally alter the training, violate law or range rules, or impose an undue burden. RDSA will consider reasonable alternatives where appropriate.
Report an Accessibility Problem
When reporting an issue, include the page, feature, device, browser, assistive technology, and a description of the problem. RDSA will make reasonable efforts to respond and provide an alternative method when available.
